Beyon BSC has announced plans for a 380,000 square meter Digital City project in Hamala. This mixed-use development, master planned by AECOM, will feature Beyon’s new headquarters, R&D centers, healthcare facilities, fitness and recreation centers, educational premises, modern office spaces, retail and dining areas, and hospitality with serviced apartments.
The project’s centerpiece will be a 1.2 km vehicle-free, green boulevard that seamlessly unites these facilities, fostering a harmonious lifestyle.
TA’ZIZ has awarded over US$2 Bn in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts to advance its chemicals and transition fuels ecosystem in Al Ruwais. NMDC Group has secured the EPC contract for the chemicals port, while Advario and Rotary Engineering will develop the chemicals terminal, including storage facilities and pipelines.
Al Geemi Contracting will oversee the essential infrastructure, including internal roads, security fencing, and buildings across the 17-square kilometer site.
KBR has been awarded a front-end engineering design (FEED) contract for the expansion of the Qalhat LNG complex in Sur.

Dubai-based Pantheon Development has unveiled One Central, a US$47 Mon mixed-use project located in Marjan’s RAK Central master plan. The 450,000 square feet development will comprise 312 residential units, a Grade A office building, and hotel apartments. The project will be formally launched on November 21 at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.
