Egypt’s real estate company Gates Developments has announced the launch of its latest project, Space Commercial Complex, in Sheikh Zayed in West Cairo.
The project’s total investment is worth nearly US$162 Mn and is built on an area of 6-8 feddan. The Space Commercial Complex is a commercial, administrative, and medical project. The complex will have four phases, with delivery to begin after 3.5 years.
In UAE, Deyaar Development PJSC launched its signature seafront project Mar Casa with a total value of US$300 Million to be located in Dubai Maritime City.
The 52-floor Mar Casa residential tower will comprise 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and luxury penthouses.
Merex Investment has appointed ARCO Turnkey Solutions as the lead construction contractor for its J1 Beach Resort at La Mer in Dubai’s Jumeirah.

Hydrogen Oman (Hydrom), a subsidiary of Energy Development Oman (EDO), has signed term sheets with developers for six green hydrogen projects worth more than $20 billion.
The term sheets were signed with BP Alternative Energy Investments for projects in Duqm and Dhofar; SalalaH2 consortium, Green Energy Oman (GEO); Hyport Duqm consortium and Green Hydrogen and Chemicals. The projects are expected to produce over 700,000 tonnes of green hydrogen.
Saudi Arabia’s Roshn has announced the launch of its fourth residential community in the Kingdom, Alfulwa, on the Al Ahsa Oasis in the Eastern Province.
The project will cover 10.8 million sq.m area and will offer more than 18,000 residential units with a population capacity of over 100,000 people.
