Damac Properties announced new contract awards worth US$64 million to two contractors for projects within its Lagoons Master Community project.

Samana Developers announced the launch of its latest project – the Samana Skyros residential project in Dubai’s Arjan area valued at US$ 139 Mn.
The ground plus 17-story mid-luxury project will have over 567,000 square feet of total built-up area for 441 apartments that include studios, one, and two-bedroom units with private pools. Danube Properties launched Elitz 2 at the Jumeirah Village Circle, with a development value exceeding $245 million.

RAK Properties and Dubai-based Ellington Properties have signed an agreement to develop a residential beachfront project on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah.
The deal marks the Dubai-based developer’s entry into the Northern RAK emirate. The new project forms part of RAK Properties’ master plan for Hayat Island alongside Angel Bay, an outdoor leisure destination, housing clubs, restaurants, and entertainment facilities.
