Devmark, ABA Group and Kempinski Group announced the launch of Kempinski Marina Residences, which will feature a curated collection of 453 sophisticated apartments, ranging from one to five bedroom duplexes, located in Dubai Marina.

In Saudi Arabia, Jeddah Central Development Company (JCDC) signed contracts worth US$3.2 Bn for the construction of a stadium, an opera house and an oceanarium, in addition to the infrastructure and utilities facilities as part of Phase One of Jeddah Central.
The contracts for the oceanarium and opera house were secured by Modern Building Leaders Company while the contract for the stadium was awarded to a consortium of the Saudi unit of China Railway Construction Corporation and Sama Construction for Contracting.
In Egypt, IL Cazar Developments has launched its latest project, The Crest, a residential project covering an area of 158 feddan in New Cairo. The project, with a total investment of about US$1.94 Bn will have 3,000 residential units.
