Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences Al Khobar
The Nobu complex in Khobar will include a hotel with over 100 rooms and suites, 62 residential units, a luxury Nobu restaurant, pools, a health center, gym, and meeting spaces.
Guests and residents can enjoy stunning views of the Arabian Gulf from the elegantly designed facilities.
Nujuma, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve, The Red Sea
The project calls for the construction of A Ritz-Carlton Reserve located in Ummahat Island within The Red Sea Project, Tabouk Province.
It consists of 63 one-to-four-bedroom water and beach villas. In addition to a spa, swimming pools, multiple culinary venues, a retail area and a variety of other leisure and entertainment offerings including a Conservation Center.
Raffles –Jeddah
Raffles will open its first Saudi property in Jeddah, with 182 hotel rooms, 120 branded residences, three restaurants, a spa, VIP suite, relaxation room, fitness centers, and pools.
Raffles Jeddah, with its breathtaking views of the scenic corniche, draws its serene energy and elegant color palette from the Red Sea, positioning it as a remarkable landmark destination.
Rosewood AMAALA
Rosewood AMAALA, surrounded by the world’s fourth-largest reef and the Hijazi mountains, will offer 110 rooms and suites, along with 25 luxurious residences.
The project will also provide recreational spaces, Rosewood’s integrative well-being concept consisting of seven treatment rooms, a gym, two movement studios and a yoga pavilion.
Sheybarah Resort The Red Sea
Sheybarah Resort will feature 73 floating pod villas powered by a solar farm, with an infinity pool and snorkeling gear to explore the marine ecosystem.
The project’s primary objective is to preserve and enhance the surrounding biodiversity while offering a luxurious experience that attracts global visitors, rebranding Saudi Arabia as a premier marine eco-tourism destination.
Six Senses AlUla
Six Senses AlUla, opening in 2027, will offer over 100 guest villas, 25 residences, a spa, unique dining experiences, and holistic treatments. Six Senses AlUla will span 1.2 million sq m within a natural oasis featuring lush palm groves and dramatic red-sandstone cliffs.
Six Senses AlUla will also host international music and artist collaborations, along with global wellness, yoga, and retreat programs.
Six Senses Amaala
Six Senses Amaala will combine hillside villas, private mangrove bay villas, and beachfront residences, offering 64 rooms, six suites, 30 villas, and 25 branded residences.
The Chedi – Hegra AlUla
The Chedi Hegra will feature 33 bespoke rooms intricately connected to the mesmerizing Hegra landscape, showcasing the harmonious blend of human artistry and natural beauty.
The hotel seamlessly integrates modern architecture while preserving the site’s rich heritage, including existing structures like the old railway station and Hegra Fort.
The Chedi Trojena
The Chedi Trojena will be part of the Slope Residences in the Relax Cluster at NEOM’s Trojena, offering a luxurious sanctuary in the Gulf’s first outdoor ski resort.
As part of a forward-thinking hospitality ecosystem, The Chedi Trojena will provide guests with diverse experiences inspired by Trojena’s six unique districts: Gateway, Discover, Valley, Explore, Relax, and Fun.
The Chedi Wadi Safar, Diriyah Gate
The Chedi Wadi Safar in Diriyah Gate, operated by GHM, will offer elegance and authenticity, located in one of Diriyah’s most beautiful natural areas.
As the birthplace of Saudi Arabia and the capital of the First Saudi State, Diriyah is being developed into a premier destination for world-class cultural and lifestyle experiences.

The Jeddah EDITION
EDITION Hotels’ expansion into Saudi Arabia marks its 20th destination and its third property in the Middle East. The Jeddah EDITION, opening along the Jeddah Corniche, will feature 63 rooms, including 11 suites, a signature restaurant, rooftop, and pool.
The Langham – Diriyah Gate
The Langham Hotel at Diriyah Gate will blend Najdi architecture with natural elements, offering luxury accommodations set to open in 2026. The Langham, Diriyah will play a key role in a development dedicated to protecting, preserving, and honoring Saudi Arabia’s rich cultural heritage.
The Red Palace, Riyadh
Another Boutique Group project, The Red Palace is found in the Saudi capital and was once the residence of King Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, son of the founding king, King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud. This palace will offer guests 25 luxe guest rooms, 26 deluxe rooms, 44 luxury suites and one royal suite, all with private butler service. It will also include spa suites, seven public event spaces and five high-end food and beverage outlets.
Tuwaiq Palace, Riyadh
Tuwaiq Palace, an architectural landmark in Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter, will transform into a luxury boutique hotel with 90 keys, including luxury villas and suites, public event spaces, spa suites, and dining options.
The expansion will include 11250 sqm (existing area is 24000 sqm) and to convert the palace to a 90 key (32 rooms, suites and villas in the existing palace & 58 rooms, suites and villas in the new expansion) boutique hotel and spa resort.
W Trojena Hotel – NEOM
The first W Hotel in Saudi Arabia will open in NEOM’s Trojena, featuring 236 keys, including suites, shopping options, and four dining concepts, along with fitness and wellness facilities.
The 2.8-kilometer-long architectural lake will host an enchanted forest, waterfront adventures, retail and dining offerings, fresh food markets, and entertainment areas.
Armani Hotel Diriyah
Armani Hotel Diriyah will merge Diriyah’s rich history with the brand’s elegance, featuring 70 rooms. Upon completion, Diriyah will feature 13 districts with museums, cultural institutions, fine dining, residences, hospitality, office space, retail, and outdoor attractions. This development is a key component of Saudi Vision 2030.
Autograph Collection AlUla
Marriott’s Autograph Collection is expanding to AlUla, with a 250-room hotel opening in downtown AlUla by 2025, offering extensive recreational and entertainment options, including four dining venues, a spa, and a swimming pool.
The Autograph Collection Hotel will be located in central AlUla, next to the AlUla Museum and across from the AlUla Farmers Market.
Autograph Collection Sindalah
Another Marriott property, the Autograph Collection Sindalah, will open in NEOM, featuring 66 rooms and suites, including villas, a kids’ club spa, and various restaurants, reflecting NEOM’s futuristic vision.
Scheduled to debut in 2024, the Autograph Collection property in Sindalah promises to deliver profound and immersive experiences that will resonate with every guest.
AZULIK AlUla Resort
AZULIK AlUla Resort, located in the AlMutadil Equestrian Village development, will offer 70 villas, a spa, VIP club, and dining options, with a design inspired by surrounding sandstone cliffs and an all-electric mobility system.
Set to open in 2027 within the Nabataean Horizon District, the resort will be surrounded by notable sites such as an Equestrian Village and a world-class outdoor sculpture park.
Banyan Tree Tuwaiq
Following the success of its first property in AlUla, Banyan Tree is opening a second hotel in the Tuwaiq region, west of Riyadh. The property is set to open sometime in 2025. Located just a short drive away from Riyadh, the new Tuwaiq hotel is also set to be focused on well-being and sustainability.

Clinique La Prairie Health Resort, AMAALA
Clinique La Prairie Health Resort will be the first of 25 hotels in the AMAALA gigaproject on the Red Sea, offering 52 rooms and suites and 13 villas across 36,115 sq m, running entirely on renewable energy, with interiors reflecting Islamic architecture and modern craftsmanship.
Desert Rock Resort, The Red Sea
Designed by Oppenheim Architecture, Desert Rock Resort will feature 48 villas and 12 hotel rooms carved into the rock face, offering a unique escape from city life.
Earth Hotel – Jeddah
Earth Hotels, known for their tech-driven and environmentally conscious designs, will open a 125-key hotel in Jeddah in 2025, featuring dining areas, workspaces, and wellness therapies.
Earth Living – Riyadh
Riyadh will also welcome an Earth Living property in 2026, a boutique residence with 85 key residences blending the concept of earth and modern technology. It will create spaces for residents to work, dine, and relax.
ENVI Lodges Al Nakheel
ENVI Lodges will introduce 25 eco-lodging pods at the Al Ahsa Oasis UNESCO World Heritage site, with one- and two-bedroom options and amenities including family-friendly activities, farm-to-table dining, and a swimming pool.
Equinox Resort Amaala
Equinox Resort Amaala will focus on sports, fitness, and lifestyle, offering 128 keys, including luxury penthouses, a signature fitness club, a rooftop pool, a spa, and a beach club.
Fauchon L’Hôtel Riyadh, Diriyah Gate
The luxury Fauchon L’Hôtel Riyadh will feature 80 guest rooms and suites, a grand café, a spa, a rooftop pool and bar, and a boutique, complementing Diriyah’s Bujairi Terrace.
Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah
Four Seasons will bring a 150-key hotel to Diriyah Gate, with meeting and event areas, a spa, a fitness center, and four dining outlets.
Four Seasons Resort The Red Sea
On Shura Island, Four Seasons Resort The Red Sea will have 149 rooms and suites, six dining outlets, a spa, tennis courts, outdoor pools, and beaches, designed by Foster + Partners.
Four Seasons Resort Sindalah Island, NEOM
Four Seasons Resort Sindalah Island will feature 225 keys, including villas and private yacht docks, with multiple dining options, a spa, fitness center, pools, a diving center, and water sport activities.
Janu AlUla
Aman Resorts’ Janu brand will open a hotel in AlUla, offering large guest rooms, top-quality furnishings, expansive bathrooms, dining, lounge and bar areas, and extensive wellness facilities.
Janu Diriyah
Another Janu hotel will open in Diriyah, near the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Al Turaif, featuring 120 rooms, restaurants, and wellness facilities.
Jayasom Wellness Resort, AMAALA
Jayasom Wellness Resort at the Red Sea project will have 153 hotel keys, 24 branded residences, wellness trails, and yoga pavilions, focusing on wellness and holistic treatments.
JW Marriott Hotel NEOM, Trojena
JW Marriott NEOM, located in The Bow at NEOM, will feature 500 keys, luxury rooms and suites, dining options, a fitness club, kids’ club, swimming pools, and a spa.
Our Habitas Leyja, NEOM
NEOM’s Leyja will host three Habitas hotels with 20 boutique rooms and suites each, combining futuristic architecture with natural surroundings and offering unique experiences.
Bab Samhan, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Diriyah
Marriott’s Luxury Collection will bring 141 rooms to Diriyah Gate’s UNESCO World Heritage Site, Turaif, including suites, dining options, and a juice bar.
Another Marriott Luxury Collection hotel will open on Sindalah Island, offering 70 rooms, including suites and villas with private pools.

Mondrian Riyadh will open in Al Malga Urban Village in 2026, near The Mukaab landmark, offering 200 keys, including rooms, suites, and serviced apartments.
Miraval The Red Sea
Miraval The Red Sea is operated by Hyatt Hotels, which already has a Grand Hyatt hotel opening at the destination. Miraval The Red Sea will bring 180 keys to the Red Sea Project and is slated to be the site’s wellness-focused hotel, complete with the largest spa of any hotel planned for the area. The Life is Balance Spa will be approximately 3,700 sq m in size, comprising 39 treatment rooms, dedicating space for “contemplation and exploration,” explained Hyatt in a statement. Miraval is the operator’s wellness brand, with only three other hotels globally at the time of writing.
Mondrian Riyadh
The first-ever Mondrian opening in Saudi is will be located in the upscale Al Malga Urban Village. Set to open in 2026, the hotel will be near Riyadh’s upcoming landmark, The Mukaab. It will have 200 keys, including 130 standard rooms and suites, 25 one-bedroom rooms, 35 two-bedroom rooms, and ten three-bedroom serviced apartments.
Morgan Original Trojena
Another of the hotels opening in the Trojena ski resort at NEOM is Morgans Original, an Ennismore brand. The space promises to offer a 2,000-metre spa and bathhouse with a variety of high-end restaurants. The eight-storey property will have its own microclimates, according to NEOM.
25hours TROJENA
NEOM’s mountaintop TROJENA development will feature various properties from Accor and Ennismore. The 25hours Trojena hotel, one of the initial announcements for the ski resort, will include an in-house cinema, bike workshop, rooftop restaurant, and more.
Al Hamra Palace, Jeddah
Al Hamra Palace in Jeddah is one of three palaces being renovated under the PIF-backed Boutique Group. This palace will transform into a boutique hotel rich in natural heritage and history, offering over 91 keys, including 47 luxury suites, 44 luxury villas, and a royal suite, all with private butler service, alongside six spa rooms, public event spaces, and restaurants.
Aman Wadi Safar
Aman Resorts is introducing two exclusive hotels in Saudi Arabia, including Aman Wadi Safar in Riyadh’s Diriyah area. This hotel, located in the historical town and birthplace of the Kingdom, will feature 78 rooms, 34 branded residences, a spa, and dining options, with architecture inspired by traditional mudbrick houses.
Anantara Trojena Resort
Anantara Trojena, by Minor Hotels, will be located in NEOM’s Trojena Water Village, centered around a 2.8-kilometer-long man-made lake. The resort will have 270 keys, including rooms and suites.
Anantara Diriyah Gate
The luxury Thai brand Anantara will also open a hotel at Diriyah Gate, incorporating eco-friendly amenities and wellness features, blending into the Diriyah Gate landscape.
