Dubai-based Palma Development has announced the selection of Khansaheb as the main contractor for luxury beachfront project, Serenia Living. Situated on the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the development will consist of 226 exclusive apartments and penthouses, including the highly sought-after Sky Mansion valued at over AED200 million ($54 million).
A contract to develop, own and operate a large-scale seawater treatment and water transportation project in the UAE has been awarded to Orascom Construction and its consortium with Metito. The project is being jointly developed by Abu Dhabi-based Adnoc and Taqa, at a total investment of US $2.4bn.

The Al Habtoor Tower will rise among the towering structures along Sheikh Zayed Road, offering a lavish living experience. With a staggering 1,701 keys and 81 floors, this billion dollar development is scheduled for completion within a 36-month.
The Brazilian iron ore producer Vale has signed agreements with Oman-based Port of Duqm Company and the power and water utility company Marafiq to establish an integrated industrial complex for green steel in the Special Economic Zone of Duqm. The complex, which will use clean energy and green hydrogen, will produce hot brisket iron and low-carbon steel products.
The Water and Electricity Holding Company (Badeel), a wholly-owned company of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), and ACWA Power today announced the signing of power purchase agreements (PPAs) with the Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) for the development, and operation of three major new solar PV Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects in Saudi Arabia.
