In Saudi Arabia, Red Sea Global has awarded two major new contracts for the first phase of development at Amaala’s Triple Bay Marina Village to Saudi Arabian Baytur.
The contracts include work on the developer’s marine life institute and its Yacht Club.
Hassan Allam Construction Saudi, in joint venture with Rawabi Specialized Contracting was awarded the civil construction works of the Rosewood Residence and Hotel, also in AMAALA, Triple Bay.
The hotel consists of Branded Residences Villas, Hotel Villas, and the main hotel, with a total build-up area of 50,500 m2.
The Saudi Arabia Ministry of Health signed a contract with the consortium of Tamasuk Holding Co. and Alghanim International General Trading & Contracting Co. for the construction of Al Ansar Hospital in Madinah.
The 244-bed hospital, spread over an area of 13,350 square meters, will be built under the Build–operate–transfer (BOT) system.
UAE’s Meraas launched Design Quarter at Dubai Design District d3, the first premium residential community set within the region’s leading creative hub.
The first phase of Design Quarter at d3 will comprise 558 units across three towers with two podiums from G+10 up to G+43. Construction is set to begin this year and is expected to be completed in May 2027.
LEAD Development unveiled its new project, a marina community named Marsa Al Jubail – a luxury residential development which will be located in Marfaa Al Jubail village.
The community will feature a 65-berth, a modern two-level Yacht Club and 36 luxury villas with 3 to 4 bedrooms.

Chinese company Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes announced its plans to invest $2 billion in iron and steel plants in the Suez Canal Economic Zone.
The plants are planned in the Red Sea port of Ain Sokhna and will manufacture iron pipes and steel products including for export.
