In Oman, Al Mouj Muscat awarded phase two of the Al Mouj Business Park to
Oman Shapoorji Company. Completion is scheduled for 2026. Phase two of the
business park comprises three office buildings, each with controlled-access
basement parking, rooftop gardens, and extensive landscaped outdoor spaces.

UAE-based renewable energy developer AMEA Power is set to build a 1GW solar PV project in Aswan Governorate of Egypt with a 600MWh battery energy storage system (BESS). AMEA will also expand its 500MW Abydos solar PV power plant, currently under construction, by adding a 300MWh utility-scale BESS. The developer will invest around US$800 million in the two latest announced renewable energy projects.
